AI for Delivery
AI for service delivery helps clients get what they paid for between the moments your team is with them. An AI coaching assistant answers clients' questions between sessions using the coach's own method and keeps them accountable. Your experts stay in charge of the method; the AI keeps clients moving between check-ins.
What does the delivery department do?
Delivery is getting the product or service to the customer and looking after their experience of it. For a coach, consultant or course provider, that's the program itself: sessions, materials, check-ins and the questions clients have in between. AI helps most in those gaps, where a client is stuck and the expert isn't available.
For product businesses, "where's my order?" questions are handled by order tracking, filed under support.
Which delivery jobs can AI handle?
Hyperloop AI can build one delivery use case: the AI coaching assistant, an AI chat agent built on a coach's own method that supports clients between sessions and qualifies new prospects. AI training and upskilling, filed under training, also fits here for institutes and course providers who deliver AI courses to their own clients.

Answer
Will an AI assistant tell clients things the coach wouldn't?
It's built to answer only from the coach's own frameworks, worksheets and FAQs, with instructions on what it must not advise on. Questions outside that material are passed to the coach instead of guessed at. The coach can review conversations and change the material and instructions at any time.
Does service delivery AI only suit coaches?
No. The same approach fits any business whose clients need support between appointments or sessions, such as consultants, course providers and trainers. The AI coaching assistant is the use case we've written up; for other delivery work we scope a build on the discovery call.
How do you keep the assistant up to date with our method?
The assistant answers from a knowledge base of your material. When you change a framework, add a worksheet or update an FAQ, the knowledge base is updated and the assistant uses the new version. Questions it couldn't answer are logged, which shows you what to add next.
