AI for Tech
AI for tech means building the systems the rest of the business runs on: client and partner portals, operations databases and web apps. We move your spreadsheets and scattered tools into one linked database, give clients and partners their own login, and connect it all with AI automations, so everyone works from the same records.
Why is tech its own department?
Tech gets its own department because websites, portals, databases and software often serve production, delivery and support at the same time. A client portal is part of delivery and support; an operations database feeds every team. Building them once, properly, saves each department from keeping its own spreadsheet and retyping the same data.
A clean, structured database is also what AI needs to work from. Once your records are in one place, an AI database assistant can answer questions about them in plain English.
Which tech systems can AI run on?
Hyperloop AI can build two tech use cases. A client and partner portal gives each client or partner a login to see their status, exchange documents and raise requests, seeing only their own records. An operations database moves spreadsheets and scattered tools into one structured, linked database with forms, interfaces and live dashboards.

Frequently asked questions
Questions
Answer
Which platforms do you build databases and portals on?
We choose with you: Airtable or Notion for no-code flexibility, Supabase or Convex for custom apps and larger datasets, Google Sheets for the simplest setups, or your existing CRM where it already fits. Some interface features depend on your plan, and we tell you upfront what it allows.
Who owns the database and the portal?
You do. Everything we build sits in your own accounts and you own it, with no lock-in beyond the agreed phase. Your data, your structure and your automations stay with you if you change supplier or bring the work in-house.
Who looks after the system once it's built?
Every build comes with a post-launch warranty. After that, you can run it yourselves or choose a support plan: Maintenance, Active Management or Growth Partner. Forms and integrations keep new data clean, so the system doesn't drift back into spreadsheets.
