AI Teaser Generation
AI teaser generation turns every listing, product or opportunity into a short teaser in one click. The AI writes it in your tone from the description, fields and documents you already hold, and leaves out anything you don't want shared yet, such as an address, a name or a price. Your team reviews, edits or regenerates it.

What is an AI teaser?
An AI teaser is a short description of a listing, product or opportunity, written by AI from the details you already hold, that makes the right person want to know more. It's written to your tone and length, and where confidentiality matters it leaves out identifying details, such as the address, the client's name or the price.
Teasers are how brokers, recruiters and sellers start conversations without giving the whole thing away. The AI does the first draft every time a record is added, so a teaser is ready the moment it's needed, and a person checks it before it goes anywhere public.
Why are teasers hard to write by hand?
Teasers are hard to write by hand because every new listing, product or opportunity needs one, usually in a hurry. Rushed teasers come out inconsistent, or they're missing when someone needs to send one. Worse, rushed summaries leak details that should stay private, and each channel gets its version written again from scratch.
There's always another one to write
Every new record needs a description that sells it, and writing them one by one falls behind.Private details slip through
An address, a seller's identity or a client's name ends up in a summary that was meant to be anonymous. Each channel starts from scratch
The email version, the portal version and the social post are written separately, and they drift apart.
How does AI teaser generation work?
AI teaser generation is triggered when a record is added or someone clicks Generate teaser. The AI reads the record's description, key fields and attached documents, writes a teaser in your tone and length, leaves out anything marked private, and saves it next to the record, where your team can edit or regenerate it.
With AI automations
A new record is added, or someone clicks Generate teaser on it
Gather the source
The AI reads the record's description, key fields and attached documents, such as specs, brochures, reports or profiles.Write to your rules
It writes the teaser in your tone and to your length, focused on what your audience cares about, such as the benefits, the numbers or the opportunity.Hold back what should stay private
Where you need it, the prompt leaves out details you don't want shared yet, such as exact addresses, names, client identities or pricing, while keeping enough for the teaser to be useful.Save it with the record
The teaser is stored next to the source, ready to review.Edit or regenerate
Your team edits it by hand, or regenerates it after updating the record.Use it everywhere
The same teaser feeds your emails, matches, listings, portal and social posts, with variants per channel, such as a short SMS version or a longer email version.
What can AI teasers describe?
AI teasers can describe anything a business lists, sells or introduces. Property brokers use them for off-market listings without the address, business brokers for blind profiles of businesses for sale, recruiters for anonymised candidate profiles, and e-commerce, events and investment businesses for products, trips and confidential opportunities.
| Business | What the teaser describes |
|---|---|
| Property broker or agent | Off-market listings, without the address or owner |
| Business broker or M&A adviser | A blind profile of a business for sale |
| Recruitment agency | An anonymised candidate profile for clients |
| E-commerce or wholesale | Short product descriptions for listings, ads and emails |
| Events or travel | A teaser for each event, package or trip |
| Investment or funding network | A confidential summary of each opportunity |
Which systems deliver AI teaser generation?
AI teaser generation is delivered by AI automations, built in your CRM, database or e-commerce platform through Make.com, n8n or a custom build. Many tools also have a built-in AI field we can configure. Teasers can then feed a matching engine, a client portal or an email sequence on the same records.
| System | Trigger | What it does | Package note |
|---|---|---|---|
| AI Automations | New record, or a Generate teaser click | Writes the teaser to your rules, holds back private details, saves it to the record | Core Automation for one AI drafting step; Advanced Automation for variants per channel |
Where is AI teaser generation used?
AI teaser generation is used wherever a business describes many listings, products or opportunities. Property brokers call them teasers or off-market summaries, business brokers call them blind profiles, recruiters call them anonymised candidate profiles, and online shops call them product descriptions. The job is the same: a short, accurate draft in seconds.
Off-market teasers. Each listing gets a teaser written from its description and documents, with the address and owner left out, ready to send to every matched buyer.

What should you know before you start?
AI teasers follow your rules, but a quick human check is still recommended, especially for confidential details and anything going public. Teaser quality depends on the input: complete records and good documents produce stronger teasers. Teasers can be generated in almost any CRM, database or e-commerce platform you already use.
- Review before you rely on it. The AI holds back what you tell it to, and a person confirms nothing slipped through.
- Better input, better teasers. Fill in the fields that matter and attach the documents.
- Sending is your choice. Teasers can go out automatically or wait for your team to send them by hand.
Frequently asked questions
Questions
Answer
Can AI write property teasers without revealing the address?
Yes. The teaser prompt is told which details to hold back, such as the exact address, the owner's name or the price, and the AI writes from everything else: area, category, size, condition and the opportunity. For an off-market brokerage we built this for, buyers see the area, category, price and teaser, never the address. A quick human check is still recommended.
Where do the teasers get their information?
AI teasers are written from what you already hold on the record: its description, key fields and attached documents, such as specs, brochures, reports or profiles. Nothing is invented. That's why complete records matter, because a teaser can only be as good as the details it's written from.
Can we edit a teaser after it's generated?
Yes. Each teaser is saved next to its record, where your team can edit it by hand or regenerate it in one click after updating the record. You stay in control of what goes out, and teasers can either be sent automatically or wait for someone to send them.
Can one teaser work for email, listings and social posts?
Yes. The same teaser can feed your emails, listings, portal, matches and social posts, so every channel describes the record consistently. Where channels need different lengths, variants are written per channel, such as a short version for SMS and a longer one for email, all from the same source.
Which platforms can generate teasers?
AI teasers can be generated in your CRM, database or e-commerce platform through Make.com, n8n or a custom build, and we've built them in Airtable. Many tools also have a built-in AI field we can configure. We work with what you already use rather than moving you to a new system.
