Internal Comms & Task Restructuring

Decisions were made in Slack threads and lost by the next morning. Tasks lived in three different tools, and follow-ups depended on someone remembering to chase them.

We restructured the team’s Slack workspace and layered automation on top: decisions and action items are captured from conversations, logged to a single task board, assigned an owner, and chased automatically when they stall.

The team now has one source of truth for who is doing what. Standing meetings got shorter, and follow-through stopped depending on memory.
